Als Bildungsinitiative von Soulworx, verstehen wir uns bei SouldiveZ als Coach*in und Mentor*in für junge Zukunftsgestalter*innen.
Mit unseren Angeboten unterstützen wir junge Menschen dabei, ihre individuellen Stärken, Motivatoren und Potenziale zu identifizieren und für die zukünftige Berufswahl sinnvoll und selbstbestimmt zu nutzen.
In unserem Team von erfahrenen Coaches, New-Work-Expert*innen und und GenZ-Nachwuchstalenten bringen wir vor allem große Leidenschaft & Kompetenz sowie langähriges Erfahrungswissen und unstillbare Neugier ein.
Als Bildungsinitiative von Soulworx sind wir offen für die Vernetzung mit allen Akteuren der Bildungslandschaft, die Schule neu denken möchten.
Gemeinsam mit unseren Kooperationspartnern aus der Wirtschaft ermöglichen wir es allen jungen Menschen – unabhängig von ihren finanziellen Mitteln – mithilfe unserer Angebote zukunftsrelevante Skills zu erwerben, um die neue Arbeitswelt in ihrem Sinne mitgestalten zu können.
