SOUL

SOUL has been created due to personal experiences of the founder and through realising that helping others is about being a part of a community where mental health involves more than just being well-adjusted. It should involve helping others too. 1 in 4 people have mental health problems and most of us don’t get the help we need. The community page is to help others by helping to accept and understand that it it okay to be 1 in 4. The support we share will be through admiration posts, listening and involving to support all. It is important to understand that this is not a service this is a support group page. With our knowledge we hope to put you in the right direction to free resources available within the UK.
