Sound Training Solutions specialises in 'Sound Support', a talk/listen/advisory service with founder, Vickie Deeks, that can be either online (minimum 1 hour, any time 24/7), or in-person at your workplace (half or full day, available in the day, evening, weekend or bank holidays), where employees can drop-in to confidentially discuss any issues that impacts their wellbeing. Vickie also designs and delivers customised training sessions (or can deliver sessions on your behalf), about mental health and wellbeing, leadership strategies, inclusion, workplace health and safety (focus on hearing loss and tinnitus), science of sound and communication, accessibility, EDI, deaf/hearing loss and tinnitus awareness (support and prevention), resilience, positive mindset, domestic violence/abuse, and suicide awareness.
