Soup-It is a youth-based organization working to advance mental health, especially amongst students, through creative and impactful efforts.
Despite the rise in mental health advocacy, most efforts are focused on people past their high school years. From tackling the dreaded board examinations to the pressure of choosing subjects to forward a career most are unsure of to begin with. It is all a daunting experience, and one that doesn't get discussed enough. We at Soup-It believe in bridging that gap and addressing the lack of awareness by inviting healthy conversations, and making mental health services accessible to younger cohorts.
While doing this, we are also an ever-growing vibrant and thriving - and pretty cool - community of mental health enthusiasts looking to help each other grow and bring about a smile whenever we can!
