Our CEO and Co-Founder is Peter Workman. Peter previously worked in several international law firms, including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith Freehills and King & Wood Mallesons, before becoming a partner at PwC in 2015 and then a partner at KPMG in 2019. In both Big Four firms Peter combined his corporate practice with running a flexible legal support business. Our clients benefit from Peter’s hands-on involvement as an experienced corporate lawyer with 20+ years’ experience working with in-house teams. One responsibility of a corporate lawyer, and especially a partner in a large firm acting on large and complex deals, is to gain an understanding of individuals’ skills and how these can best be deployed to achieve the client’s objectives. These are strengths that Peter brings to Source and our clients. Peter’s Source co-founders and fellow directors are Tim Summers and Justyn McIlhinney, who are also City-trained commercial lawyers and are the co-founders of our sister law firm, Temple Bright.
