About SOURDOMICS
SOURDOMICS – Sourdough biotechnology network towards novel, healthier and sustainable food and bioprocesses – is a COST Action (CA18101) which started on May 1st, 2019. Through a bottom-up approach, the COST Action SOURDOMICS (CA18101) brings together an impressive number of multidisciplinary group of scientists, technicians, small-and-medium enterprises (SME’s) and large companies (LE’s) spread all over the world, who dedicated for many decades to this field or are just embracing a career in cereal science, sourdough biotechnology and breadmaking.
