Setting up an artisan, semi-industrial or industrial bakery is very challenging, especially when it is the first time. We have more than 30 years experience in the baking industry and know what it takes to ensure you run a successful bakery. We offer consulting to new and existing bakeries that includes everything from product development, staff recruitment as well as staff training.
In addition we offer baker training for all skills levels with a focus on stoned milled flour, sourdough, craft baking and healthy bread in general. We also do courses for private groups on demand.
