South Coast operates management systems accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 22000. Having a Food Safety Management system is a legal requirement through Regulation 852 of 2004 for all business’s involved in “all stages of production, processing and distribution” of food products. It involves implementing a system based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) principles. Being the first and only transport service provider in Ireland with this system in place provides assurance to our customer (and in turn to their customers) that the services required and supplied attain to the highest standards possible, preventing any form of contamination.
