We advise clients on Sell-Side and Buy-Side M&A and provide high quality business valuations. Managing Partner Christopher Chase has extensive experience on Wall Street and Main Street. At Salomon Brothers and Bank of America, Chris led teams that completed several billion dollars of M&A and capital raising transactions for public and private companies and private equity firms. At SunTrust, Chris served as Market President for Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast of Florida, providing banking services and capital for successful family companies. Sell-Side M&A: We work with Cross Keys Capital in Fort Lauderdale representing business owners selling their companies. Cross Keys Capital has been in business for almost 20 years, and has represented more than 200 owners in successful sales of their businesses. Buy-Side M&A: We work with private equity firms and other investors who are seeking stand-alone or bolt-on acquisitions. Our services include developing robust acquisition strategies, target identification, due diligence and closing. Business Valuations: We provide high-quality business valuations for a variety of uses including SBA loans and ESOP requirements. Chris has obtained his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Our valuations meet NACVA standards and are compliant with IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60 as well as the Small Business Administration's SOP 50 10 7.
