South For Construction s.a.l. (SFC) owned by Riad Al Assaad, is a Lebanese General Contracting Company, with a capital of 1 million U.S. Dollars specialized in Infrastructure Rehabilitation and Maintenance Works, Road Works, Public and Private Buildings, Marine and Civil Works – in addition to Public and Private Ports. The Company was founded in February 1986, and was qualified in the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Public Works, Ministry Of Energy and Water, Council for Development & Reconstruction CDR and other governmental departments as a 1st Category contractor. SFC formally started its business in 1987, since then the company was engaged in several contracts in different regions of Lebanon, and has reached a total contracts value exceeding 100 million U.S. Dollars. Among the works: Infrastructure, Construction and Paving of Roads, Building Construction and Rehabilitation, Marine Works, Upgrading and Maintenance of Infrastructure, Construction of Aqua Parks and Construction & Maintenance Works at Beirut International Airport. SFC has also been engaged in the Waste Management Field, and has established agreements with many international and local expertises to provide the community with Eco-friendly Waste-to-Energy Solutions.
