South Loop Properties, LLC was established in 1999 to provide professional property management services to rental condominiums in the South Loop neighborhood of Chicago. The company has grown over the past two decades, but the focus remains the same: To provide well-maintained rental apartments at reasonable rents to professionals and students living and working in the Loop. Our portfolio consists of studio and 1-bedroom rental condominiums in Printer's Row and the South Loop.
