Southeast is a new entity, formed in 2016. It has an extended experience in M&E engineering design, detailed design and construction supervision, mainly focused on industrial, environmental and renewable energy projects for the private and the public sector.
Our talented Mechanical and Electrical engineers and professionals, form a team that combines new and modern skills with tried-and-true wisdom and use value engineering to plan and design services with the environment and people in mind. Keeping up with technological ubiquity and the progress in the construction industry we have adopted 3D design and Building information modelling. A 6.000 m2 mixed use building has already been successfully completed in 3D using Autodesk-Autocad MEP® and the project “EXPANSION - UPGRADE OF WWTP AT AGIOS NIKOLAOS AREA” has been redesigned by our personnel on Revit®. Furthermore Zita Technologies ltd is ISO 9001:2008 certified, since 2002. As a result, although Southeast is in the process of attaining ISO 9001:2008 certification, its operation meets the requirements of all the quality processes ISO 9001:2008 required procedures.
