Southern Equity is a global investment firm focused on theme driven alternative and direct investments. An independent SEC Registered Investment Advisor, Southern Equity provides investment sourcing and screening, due diligence, and deal support to its investment partners – primarily the family offices of highly successful entrepreneurs. Investors can co-invest in proprietary deals sourced and shared through the Southern Equity platform. Founded in 2008 as the family office of entrepreneur Allen Nance, Southern Equity became a multi-family office in 2021. Between 2000 to 2015, Allen founded three businesses that consistently ranked among the fastest-growing private businesses in the United States. Southern Equity always invests its own capital first before seeking co-investors.
