Southfields Physiotherapy Ltd is a private, multidisciplinary clinic offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, Pilates classes, Biokinetics (Clinical exercise specialists), individual Reformer Pilates sessions, personal training, and holistic body therapies including craniosacral therapy, reflexology and wellbeing treatments. Our highly experienced and diverse team are truly passionate about their work and deliver this with genuine care and professionalism. We strive to provide a welcoming, encouraging “one-stop shop” where those seeking to live pain-free, healthy and active lives can access multiple services under one roof delivered by a team who work together to support your journey to optimal health. We treat all musculoskeletal conditions ranging from acute/severe to long-standing (chronic) and across all ages and abilities from school children to sedentary office workers and elite athletes. We believe in combining manual (hands on) therapy with exercise to achieve the best results. Southfields Physiotherapy is proud to be the contracted provider of physiotherapy, massage, Pilates and yoga services to the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
