Founded in 1999, Southwest Network operates seven top-rated mental and behavioral health facilities in Maricopa County, Arizona and an Administrative Headquarters in Phoenix. We provide integrated mental health and primary care services for adults, as well behavioral health therapy and services for youth – on an outpatient basis.
