SOW is a talent development agency for underrepresented young people that aims to establish equity in the creative industry. SOW’s vision is to build a more inclusive creative ecosystem. As a talent development agency, SOW offers three tracks of programming centered on creative skills development, a pre-professional pipeline, and a talent agency to address the lack of diversity and inclusion in the creative industry.
