SP Laboratorija is a testing laboratory with accreditation according to ISO/IEC 17025, founded in 1983 and accredited for the first time in 2001.
In March 2020 it became a member of J.S. Hamilton Group, the leader in laboratory services in Central and Eastern Europe, which operates on international level.
With its longstanding experience, capacities and credibility, SP Laboratorija is recognised as one of the most sophisticated testing laboratory in Serbia.
In accordance with the scope of accreditation (www.ats.rs, accreditation number 01-018), SP Laboratorija performs analyses of food, water, animal feed, packaging materials, fertilizers, pharmaceutical preparations, tobacco and its products, consumer products (cosmetics, cookware, utensils, cleaning agents, etc.) and sampling.
In order to respond promptly and to meet Customer's requirements, SP Laboratorija is the first laboratory in Serbia, that applied flexible scope of accreditation for:
- determination of pesticide residues in food and feed
- testing of genetic modification in plant material and technologically processed products with ingredients of plant origin
- determination of metals and metalloids in food, feed and water
- determination of mycotoxins in food and feed
The flexible scope of accreditation allows in the mentioned areas of activity to modify or incorporate additional methods into scope of accreditation without prior assessment by the Accreditation Body of Serbia.
In the combination with other laboratories of Hamilton Group, SP Laboratorija is able to provide the Customers with very wide range of analytical services and areas of expertise.
SP Laboratorija relies on over 160 employees of various profiles, performs analyses 7 days per week, with capacity of over 15000 samples per month.
