Space to Be is a Mindfulness Hub promoting and supporting mental well-being through courses and classes taught online and in-person. The focus of Space to Be is to help people find space to rest, recover, and be, in an increasingly complex world. Through finding this space to be , we create the opportunity for fresh ideas, perspectives, and energy to arise from virtually nothing. In the same process we can let go of what no longer serves us and begin to find a way that opens our lives to greater ease, joy, and peace. Based in study and experience of Eastern Philosophies in combination with a foundation in western science - Space to Be invites you to explore what works for you, without imposing dogma.
