SPACE Art Therapy Studio

An inclusive art therapy studio in Singapore that engages with adults and children through psychodynamic practice. We support individuals with their mental health and neurodivergence. Sometimes, words are not enough to express the depths of our thoughts and feelings. Our therapists use art therapy as a modality to support individuals to understand and overcome mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. We also support neurodivergent children with their development, emotional regulation, self expression and identity building.
