SPACE for a Better World

Space for a Better World was formed to inspire and educate people from all ages and walks of life about the ways that space technology can help save our planet. We educate through story telling content, curated experiences, events, and educational partnerships. Our goal is to work with a diverse group of organizations who are committed to solving the United Nation's SDG's, promote sustainability, and raise awareness about the ways space tech can be and already is being used for good. We also curate experiences with astronauts to give people a chance to experience the awe of our planet up close with those who have a unique perspective of seeing Earth from space. - Space Art Projects - STEAM and STEM Activations - Life changing experiences all over Planet Earth - Zero Gravity Flights Many people ask, Why are we spending money on going to space? We need to save this planet. But who conducts climate research and provides the data to take better care of Earth? HINT - it's the space community. - Satellite communication - Energy infrastructure monitoring - Resource and land management - New energy exploration and sustainability - Weather prediction - Natural disaster monitoring - Climate change research - Conservation monitoring - Global positioning (GPS) - And much more… Many of the satellites launched into orbit are put there to conduct critical research that help us monitor conditions on the ground to make life better for everyone on Earth. Satellites also provide technology and capabilities we depend on every day.
