Space Products Sdn Bhd is a local manufacturing company that provides architecture building products, including strip ceilings, ventilation louvers, and facade screening, to the construction related parties. Prior to the early 2000s, Malaysian prime minister has initiated a series of significant infrastructure projects, notably the Petronas Twin Tower, Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC), and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). These projects have contributed to a significant increase in the country's construction sector and have successfully elevated Malaysia's GDP to the forefront of its neighbouring countries. During that period, SP.ace proprietor (SP.ace) was employed as a procurement agent for a civil engineering firm. It was then that SP.ace spotted a market opportunity for aluminium building products, specifically the decorative ceilings that adorned Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), which extends over 10,000 square meters.
