SPACECOOL INC., a climate-tech startup, develops and sells the radiative cooling material SPACECOOL.
SPACECOOL's unique optical technology can reflect the heat from sunlight to suppress heat absorption during the daytime, while also emitting heat into outside space by radiative cooling, creating temperatures cooler than the ambient air with zero energy.
We are aiming to contribute to improving the heat issues for “people, things, society” worldwide, for example, resolving the thermal issues in outdoor electronic equipment, and reducing energy used for cooling, also preventing heat stroke by the extreme wethers.

SPACECOOL®は、直射日光下において太陽光と大気からの熱をブロックし熱吸収を抑えるだけでなく、放射冷却の原理により宇宙に熱を逃がすことで、ゼロエネルギーで外気より温度低下することが可能な独自設計の光学フィルムです。
既に多岐の用途で実用化が進んでおり、熱中症予防、屋外電子機器の故障抑制、建屋内の空調エネルギーの削減など、世界中の「人、モノ、社会」の暑熱環境改善に貢献しています。
また、2025年大阪・関西万博のガスパビリオンにおいて、SPACECOOL®を活用した膜材料の採用も決定。
国内外に向けて、さらなるSPACECOOL®の普及拡大を目指します。
