Our Chinese investment partners, nurtured from our 13 years in the Chinese market, vary from developers who have invested in our hospitality projects (including Vanke, Poly, Citic, Zhongyi, and Shanghai Chengtou), to investors who have purchased and sold homes through our real estate agency. Working with the Hollywood International Regional Center (HIRC), we raised developer equity and EB-5 capital in China to successfully fund the development of Dream Hotel Hollywood, a 182-room luxury boutique hotel managed by Wyndham Hotel Group that is slated to become one of the most vibrant entertainment destinations in Los Angeles. We are continuing our relationship with HIRC to capture various opportunities that are present today in the booming Los Angeles market. Our pipeline of projects totals 2,000 hotel keys that when completed, have an estimated value of over US $1 billion.
