SPACEMAT

SPACE-MAT (Science, Performance, and Critical Evaluation of Materials in Low-Earth Orbit) is a Center of Excellence, led by the Ohio State University in collaboration with Georgia Tech, Michigan State University, the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and the Air Force Research Laboratory, focusing on developing orbit-in-lab testing, state-of-the-art characterization, and computational life-time prediction for semiconductor and polymer materials in low Earth orbit.
