Springfield’s Spacepoint BIM Design is an ISO 19650 certificated service, covering the layouts, listings, product specifications, CAD models and drawings for FF&E in projects. We offer coordinated design with other disciplines, to enhance the smooth running of a wide range of schemes, from a simple extension, to a large multistorey campus.
We support contractors with CEM meetings, and design team communications, including a timeline of revisions to drawings/CAD models, to keep a project moving ahead in whatever program requirements are asked for by the client.
Our full BIM design service is provided inhouse – this includes the following:
1. Coordinated model for FF&E throughout the project
2. Multiple visits/teams meetings for CEM Meetings and DTMs
3. Full set of drawings including 3D, Plan, Product Keys, Product Tags, etc….
4. Gap analysis document for CPs
5. Detailed product Specification Sheets with finishes
6. Full Listing for rooms – including costings (including installation)
7. Walk Through options for client satisfaction.
8. We are in the process of developing VR as part of the package – watch this space..!
