Drafted in 1998 as an in-house program to determine how one million square feet would accomodate rapid growth, SpaceTrak has now evolved into the easiest-to-use forecasting tool available. Our research and development stems from thirty years of architectural design and strategic facilities planning. SpaceTrak was created out of a need to save time and get more accurate, comprehensive results. Since then, it has evolved into live, dynamic, accessible online software that anyone can use.
