SPAD & ASSOCIATES has come into existence on 01.04.2007 consequent upon the merger of three audit firms with seven chartered accountants coming together. One of the merged firms 'Pennidi & Associates was established in 1985 at Hyderabad by its Senior Partner Mr. G.P.R.L. Gupta. The other two audit firms' 'L Prakash & Co and 'G. Dayakar & Co were established in 1988 by Mr.L.Prakasham and Mr. G.Dayakar respectively. Later another two firms 'Amrit Associates (1991)' and 'B.V. Baskar & Associates (1987)' were also merged into SPAD. The partners of SPAD are having more than two decades of experience in the profession of Accounting, Auditing and Corporate Services. Over these two decades plus they have provided Consultancy and Compliance Services, Management Advisory Services, Book keeping, Audit, Project Finance, Secretarial and Arbitration Services.
