We are a group of Isha Certified Hatha Yoga teachers offering ancient, yet simple tools of Yoga and Meditation.
We have undergone an intensive 5 months (1,750 hours) of residential training at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, India to become skilled in various aspects of yoga, meditation, and lifestyle, including:
- 120+ modules for various medical conditions such as diabetes, asthma, chronic body pain, PCOD/PCOS, addictions, depression, and more
- A unique transmission of yoga through Guru-Shishya Paramparya
- A special workshop teaching methodology to help you become independent and practice on your own
- Deep understanding of human physiology
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda and Siddha
- Extensive knowledge of food, yogic principles, and lifestyle
