SPARC has 25+ years of experience in coaching, consulting, advising, organizational development and training. We specialize in serving purpose-driven organizations and individuals to maximize potential and realize purpose. Our team has deep experience in creative and transformative leadership that we leverage to help founders, c-suite executives, and organizational leaders identify and maximize strengths, develop teams and new leaders, and create and implement transformational strategies. We have consulted for, advised, and provided training to more than 300 organizational clients across the world - Australia, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Ghana, India, Canada, Dubai, Bolivia, Mexico - and in almost every state of the U.S. We have advised and coached more than 150 individual clients through transitions, through leadership growth and development, through organizational change, through strategic visioning, and a plethora of other challenges they face. The Professional Services division is where we provide coaching, consulting and advising to individuals, teams and organizations. This is our primary way of serving clients. The Professional Training division is where we provide professional development and training programs. Some of our programs are open enrollment for anyone who wants to participate while others are in-house programs for specific client organizations.
