Students and professionals use Sparc to earn money through career coaching and tutoring, apply for jobs, attend exclusive events, and expand their networks. Through Sparc, students gain direct access to hiring managers via employer-hosted recruiting events and firm-sponsored consulting projects, which are facilitated through their college student clubs.
