We're excited to share a sneak peek of what's to come at Sparks Academy! Soon, we'll be launching an info product designed to help support workers in their day-to-day, whether working independently or within a company. Throughout our journey, we've received hundreds of CVs in our two support work companies. We've noticed that while these professionals have solid technical knowledge, they often lack the essential soft skills needed to navigate daily challenges. There's a gap between theory and practice, and we believe that with the right guidance, many support workers could improve their skills and increase their client base. Armed with this knowledge, we decided to take action. Rather than watching from the sidelines, we decided to create Sparks Academy - a practical, no-nonsense initiative designed to make a difference in the lives of those who love what they do but struggle to stand out in the market and secure a full schedule and fair pay.
