Sparks Egg Inc. is a leading supplier of farm fresh eggs to Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our Grading Station handles approximately 50% of Alberta's egg production, processing eggs from over 70 Alberta egg producers. Our facility for production, grading, packaging, marketing and storage is approximately 37,000 square feet. Processing and packaging is handled by state-of-the-art grading equipment at speeds of 250 to 400 cases - 7500 to 9000 dozen eggs - per hour, this amounts to more than one million eggs per day!
