Sparring Capital (www.sparringcapital.com) is an asset management company approved by the AMF, investing in French SMEs. Our clientele primarily consists of top-tier French and international institutional investors. We invest during the sale of the majority of the company's capital, often in the context of organizing the founder's succession. Our sectoral approach mainly covers B2B services and industrial activities. We invest individual amounts ranging from €10 to €25 million (and beyond with co-investors) in companies valued between €25 and €75 million. Our sustainable transformation experts support the management of our portfolio companies in implementing concrete action plans aimed at making the companies stronger, more efficient, and more attractive. Our value creation programs prioritize activating operational and ESG levers over a purely financial approach. External growth, to create sector leaders, is a key element of our investment theses.
