The primary purpose of Sparrow IT Consulting is to assist small to medium size businesses with their Information Technology planning and execution. We specialize in aligning the Information Technology department plans and goals with the business strategies, plans, and goals. We also assist businesses with the development of their Information Technology departments. This includes implementing the appropriate policies, security, disaster recovery plans, and vendor management processes. In addition, we will assist with management of key projects and implementations.
