Sparsh Foundation

Sparsh foundation is a 17 year old non-profit trust that is committed to promoting emotional well being and health of individuals of different backgrounds and all age groups. We offer a range of professional services from individual counselling to workshops on mental health. Overall, we offer a safe environment filled with trust, acceptance, warmth and confidentiality to enable our clients to embrace life joyfully. Today, people are subjected to high levels of mental and physical stress due to high expectations and high achievements and with limited physical capacity they may feel boxed in. Some do not have the support of family or society and find life difficult to cope with. We, the counsellors of Sparsh offer non judgmental, listening and emotional support in an atmosphere of confidentiality and acceptance.
