SpeakingPad is a platform dedicated to helping individuals overcome their fear of public speaking and become more confident communicators. Our experienced founding team has over 10 years of expertise in public speaking. Enhancing these skills is crucial for personal and professional development. About Our Founders: Arpit Gupta is currently Head of Analytics at JobHai (a Naukri group company). He brings 8 years of rich experience in the analytics domain, having worked with top-tier companies such as Moody's Analytics, Paytm, Rupeek Fintech, and Cars24 Australia in the past. His career spans various industries, including pharmaceuticals, fintech, payments, auto, and internet. He is an alumnus of DTU( Computer Engineering) He has actively contributed to Toastmasters( an international organization for Public speaking and leadership) for the past 5 years. Serving as President and Vice President, he has also taken on the role of Area Director, mentoring 4 clubs with over 120+ members in their public speaking journey. Arpit has received the Presentation Mastery certification from Toastmasters International, completing all five levels and delivering over 100+ speeches. Notably, he has won an International Speech Contest and an Impromptu Speech Contest at the Area level, along with winning humorous and evaluation speech contests at the club level. Swasti Mehta is an economics graduate from SRCC, Delhi University, and a Warwick University Economics Master's alumna from the United Kingdom. She has served as the president of the community Public Speaking Club, mentoring many individuals. She is a state-level Humorous Speech Contest finalist and has a year of consulting experience with KPMG.
