In addition to our contracting services we offer Diagnostic Services. The function of this division is to undertake on-site diagnostic appraisals of individual structures; and furnish the client or consultant with the necessary information needed to make informed decisions regarding his asset. The information gleaned from the diagnostic survey can be processed and presented in the form of tender documentation used by the client for soliciting quotations for the implementation phases of the required repair works. We have undertaken a wide variety of fieldwork for several prominent consulting engineers, industrial client bodies and commercial property owners seeking enduring and economic solutions to concrete maintenance problems.
