Special Sauce was a premier skate, snow & surf retail purveyor originally founded in 1994. With roots deeply planted on Long Island, New York, our collective consisted of likeminded individuals sharing the same philosophy, by staying on the cutting edge of the latest trends to drop, in action sports, lifestyle brands, and street culture. In keeping up with this tradition, Special Sauce was constantly challenged with the idea that loyalty is the key to sustainability, and with this comes growth through progress and change. Sauce was a living entity which had evolved into a universal movement, supported by a brigade of extreme sports advocates, dancers, DJ's, street artists and chess enthusiasts.
