Founded in 1990, Paul Mellor and Mark Forant have built Speclines into the premier outdoor lighting agency of New England. “We live our projects” is truly a saying we believe. With over 60 years of combined experience, Speclines has worked on projects for municipalities, universities, corporations, commercial developments, and transportation agencies.
