Special Operators Transition Foundation™ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing best-in-class training, education, and business connectivity for our military’s most elite Special Operators who are transitioning to their next successful career.
The SOTF Program provides 1:1 executive coaching and business connectivity to help our Fellows identify, prepare, and execute their transition plans. We facilitate unique interactive workshops for Fellows with top-tier business leaders to meet and explore career opportunities. The services we provide are tailored to the individual needs of the Operator and his or her family.
We are funded completely through private and corporate gifts, contributions, and grants.
