FUNDRAISING AND SPONSORSHIPS
Provide guidelines, processes, and oversight for your association to obtain and secure sponsorships to achieve funding goals and partnerships.
PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Delegate roles and responsibilities to board chairs, committee members, and volunteers to achieve organization's short and long-term goals. Provide leadership and oversight to all key functions of the organization's projects and overall program.
HUMAN RESOURCES
We act as your company HR, ensuring your organization is compliant with any government or industry rules and regulations. Implement and/or manage succession planning and onboarding of new board members. Address and manage any personnel affairs within the organization.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
Management of marketing and communication via various platforms, some including MailChimp, Eventbrite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, CVent, HeyOrca, and Slack.
