Spectre Engineering Private Limited is a Bangalore based Company that brings forth innovative, sustainable technologies for the manufacturing sector. Our automated mechanical systems aim to reduce energy costs in various industries. The Company has been started by Rohan Rao, who graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London. We are pleased to introduce the 'CaviBlend' system, which can be used to blend 25% water to 75% diesel (HSD or LDO) for boilers, kilns & furnaces. 'CaviBlend' grinds the fuel to less than 10 microns, mixes them at molecular levels without any additives and heats the emulsified mix up to 80°C, for direct firing. 'CaviBlend' is useful for industries in the following ways – 1. Fuel saving of 15 - 20%, with a payback period of 6 - 18 months. 2. Reduction in emissions by 50 - 60% with huge environmental benefits. 'CaviBlend' systems are available for Fuel - Water Emulsion capacities from 100 litres to 1,000 litres per hour. Spectre Engineering is introducing this technology to India, by importing the key components from Europe and maufacturing the entire system as per customers’ specific needs.
