Spectrum Advantage was created as a response to the need for employment experience for individuals with ASD between the ages of 18 and 30.
Spearheaded by Autism Calgary, and the generous funding of the Government of Canada, this groundbreaking program, the only one of its kind in Canada, opened its doors in May of 2014.
Our CANDIDATES can enter our paid program in January, May and September to participate in our 4-week Employability Skills Classroom then transition to a minimum of 3-months of Employment Coaching with the goal of job attainment and retention.
Our COMMUNITY PARTNERS are Employers looking to enhance their workforce with neurodiverse abilities. We offer Lunch N Learns to those who are interested in what we do. At Spectrum Advantage, we value your organization's goals - we will support the process of onboarding and employee retention with business and client coaching.
