Spectrum Partners LLC is a boutique consulting practice focused on delivering results. We are a dedicated team of professionals who work with private equity and venture capital firms who desire strategic and/or tactical assistance with under-performing investments. We provide a range of management skill-sets encompassing the areas of finance and accounting, operations, management reporting and information systems, marketing and business planning and development. Our primary focus over the last fifteen years has been in revitalizing global transportation and logistics companies and their customer’s supply chains. Significant assignments have included:  Turnaround of a UK based US$300 million revenue/year company with operations in 45 countries. Improved operating margins from break-even to exceeding industry average. Identified a publicly traded US company headquartered in Hong Kong that we took private. Merged and integrated the operations and information systems of these two companies to create a new global company domiciled in Hong Kong to take advantage of Hong Kong’s more favorable tax regime. This investment was successfully exited with the sale of the company to an agency of the French government in 2013.  Turnaround of a US based $2 billion revenue/year publicly traded company with operations in 140 countries that was losing $100 million/year. Developed the strategic plan and implemented the business plan that returned the company to profitability, enabling the company to be sold to a European company for approximately one time revenue. This assignment involved reengineering business processes, restructuring the organization and implementing new management information systems.
