Spectrum Progressive is an independent private school who serves children ages 3 through 14 years of age. Our mission to develop mindful, self-directed learners for life. Each student is involved in a personalized, action-oriented curriculum focused on deeper learning. We employ a hands-on approach to support self-directed learners gain authentic knowledge. Students are given choice and ownership of their learning through daily project time. They are planning, reflecting, and genuinely engaged all day.

Attending to the whole child: Progressive educators are concerned with helping children become good people not just good learners
Community: Learning isn’t something that happens to individual children-separate selves at separate desks. Children learn with and from one another in a caring community, and that’s true of moral as well as academic learning
