Our practice is led by Layla (they/she), a mental health counsellor with a background in law, art, and over a decade of experience in the UK, the Middle East, and South Asia. Our team includes a UK-based counsellor and a dedicated Autism/ADHD coach. We specialise in Autism/ADHD, gender, and Desi diaspora issues. Whether you're grappling with discrimination, cultural expectations, or complex relationships, we provide an empathic space to navigate these challenges. Layla’s lived experience as a Brown AuDHD trans person means that we approach every session with empathy and insight. We personalise our approach to meet your specific needs, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, narrative, feminist, mindfulness, and coaching models. We can adjust the pacing of sessions to your needs, whether you prefer a slower exploration or focused work on a specific issue.
