We are a small transdisciplinary team that consists of Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy. We are passionate about supporting people with disabilities to have a good quality of life. We are committed to person-centred practice and supporting positive changes for individuals and their families. We work closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and support staff, to address individual goals and promote growth and development. We are a community-based service provider, which means that we visit you and/or your child in natural settings i.e. home, day care, school and other community locations. Our community-based approach is best practice in targeting goals within the individual’s natural environment, routines and relationships. Having a small team means you know who your therapist/s will be prior to commencing services with us. We provide services to individuals living with disability and their families in the North-central Metropolitan region of Perth.
