Project Spectrum is an Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consulting firm. We started with a mission to bring the individuals from the LGBTQ+ at the center. India is a land of artists and hidden talents at every corner beyond our imagination. From illustrators, street artists and photographers to fashion, product and interior designers. Each artist communicates with the audience in a unique way, introducing a whole new perspective. Project Spectrum is a one of a kind organisation focussing towards artists from LGBTQ+The aim is to build artist communities and bring art into the lives of people around the world. We offer art activities, workshops, training programs and conduct discussions on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.These programs and interventions are designed for all employees, and the ideal outcome is to move away from traditional binary mindsets and embrace an inclusive work culture.
