Dr. Donna Rice is the owner and founder of SpeechTime Online. Dr. Rice is a certified and licensed SLP with nearly 30 years of experience providing speech-language therapy and evaluations for clients with diverse communication needs. She specializes in working with clients diagnosed with Language Disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Developmental Delays, Fluency Disorders, Phonological Delays, and Accent Modification. She is certified in PECS® and PROMPT®. Services are provided in-person at clinic locations in Waldorf, MD, and Alexandria, VA, and telehealth services throughout Maryland and Virginia.
