The firm became Speed, Seta, & Waters, LLC in January, 2008. They have subsequently added numerous outstanding associates and have continued to grow at a healthy rate. They devote their practice to insurance defense, including workers’ compensation, general liability, and federal Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation. The firm represents the State of Georgia, many insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers throughout Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee, and it enjoys an AV rating, the highest possible rating, under the Martindale-Hubbell law firm rating system.
